Pros: Fabulous choices at breakfast! Very comfortable bed. Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Just a short walk down the street to Robinson's shopping mall.

Could have been better

Pros: Nice facilities with a swimming pool, large room, a lovely restaurant. The welcome drink was a nice touch, the staff was professional and generally courteous.

Cons: While the breakfast was excellent, we had leftovers because my son didn't feel like eating - and asked to take them out. The manager on duty, in one of the most questionable displays I have experienced, appointed a young waitress to give us a scolding for this outrage, but relented and had our food packed anyway - however, in what might have been a sleight or just carelessness, a delicious piece of dessert got packed together with some beef effectively ruining both. Facilities were also cold throughout - the halls were unusually cold, and we were given an equally strange explanation (it had rained \
