Pros: We stayed at Manila Manor Hotel with our family and didn’t expect much after reading previous reviews. However, we were truly charmed by the staff and their attitude. At check-in, we were welcomed with the words: “Thank you for choosing our old hotel to stay with us.” From that moment on, our stay was genuinely pleasant. In the end, what stays in your travel memories are positive encounters with people, not just the building itself—and thanks to the staff, this stay was a good one.

Pros: I liked the very homey feel of the hotel. I love the staff who were very accommodating. I slept well in this hotel. I only needed basic things in my hotel and with the price I paid, I believe it was worth it. 😊

Pros: As a guest when you book a cheaper rate then expect less. For me I dont expect more as long as we can rest. Overall for me is good as long safe and masaya mga kiddos ko.

Highly recommended.

Pros: Location is very good, walking distance, just a few meters away from Robinson's Place Manila. Staffs are courteous, smiling, and accommodating, from the guard upon entering the hotel, the room attendants, housekeeping supervisor, manager, bellboys and front desk clerks are all friendly. Free hot and cold water. Room rates are at reasonable price and economical.

Cons: TV isn't clear. The building is old but well maintained.
