New & Modern Cozy 1BR w/ Balcony@BGC

Highly recommended

Pros: The apartment is similar to the pictures shown by the owner, locations is really good, there are many restaurants near the apartment and the Uptown mall centre is 10 mins walk. There are all the needs for your daily needs, instruments to cook, laundry machine, rice cooker, toiled paper, towels, etc. Also there are 2 air conditions, 1 in the living room and the other one is in the bedroom. Owner provides good information about how to get into the apartment, rules and answers any questions very quickly.

This is a place where we can stay over again on our next BGC outing

Pros: The unit has the same layout as compared to the other units we stayed but this unit has a good flow of energy- the furnitures are decent and are well placed. You can tell that whoever designed the place has thought of it well. Appliances and faucets are all in good working condition. Luv the lightings

Cons: This property is placed in one of those expensive areas of BGC- plenty of restaurants, shopping areas. If you don’t have a private vehicle be ready to use plenty of Grab service or walk if you prefer. Since my husband and I are here for a vacation- we both decided to walk (exercise) to explore and use Grab on further areas.

Pros: Fijne badkamer, lekker bed en een zitje op het balkon dat altijd lekker in de schaduw zit

Cons: Niets

Pros: キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、物干しと使いやすかった。ベッドは柔らかくなくて寝心地良かった。アイロン助かった。 シャワー排水溝の詰まりも、すぐにメンテナンスが来て解決してくれた。ゴミの回収も毎日あり、よかった。 BGCの一番新しいエリアらしく、賑やかさを求める人にはグッド。

Cons: タオルの洗剤か柔軟剤がきつすぎてまいった。部屋の芳香剤も外に出していた。ボディソープも強いいちごの匂いで使わなかった。

Perfect, clean and feels like my own home!

Pros: This unit was exceptionally clean, had all the essentials necessary like my own home, perfect location for all shopping and traveling needs.

Cons: My only complaint was the batteries in both remote controllers for the air conditioning units were dying so I couldn’t control the air properly.
