Uptown Parksuites Apartments Tower 2 BGC by PH Staycation

Pros: Location and actually pretty quiet. I liked having the washer and dryer.

Cons: I kept hitting my shins on the bed frame as it is too big for the mattress and the mattress slides around. The AC unit in bedroom did not have a remote and when turned on smelled terrible like mold.

Pros: Location is good Walking distantance to high-street 15-20 mins walk

Cons: Force you to check out even we ask for 1 hour extension

Pros: I like the location with proximity to different malls. The unit was nice and clean. Drinking water is provided.

Cons: There's no Netflix. The body wash dispenser was not dispensing properly. It's a bit inconvenient If you have luggage and have to stay in the Tower 2 coz you need to go first through Tower 1. It will be good if there's also a proper drop off in Tower 2.

Uptown Park Suites Review

Pros: Close location to Uptown mall and Grand Hyatt BGC. New building with many modern conveniences. The condo was clean, and everything was working. Wifi was fast. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The garbage instructions were confusing, so I purchased a roll of large back plastic bags to use.

Ideal for families with younger kids.

Pros: Very clean and spacious. Good kitchen amenities for travellers. Lovely pools.

Cons: Cannot flush tissue in the toilet unlike our current accommodation (also in BGC) and what we are used too. This was surprising given it’s a modern building in an upscale area. Club across played loud music even on weekday nights.

Excellent stay

Pros: The communication with the property manager from the time of booming to check out was so easy. All requests/questions were responded promptly. I was quite surprised with the apartment amenities. The kitchen was a great set up. My Mum and I walked to restaurants and the mall and we love that it is in a safe area even late at night. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again in the near future.

Cons: Oh the down part was that we were not able to use the swimming pool because they prioritize their tenants/owners. We went there to celebrate the new year, holidays and weekends are off limit for guests and come January 2 which is regular day,there was a unexpected sanitation. So yeah,but so far we enjoyed the unit itself 🙂.

Pros: Staff are always courteous & pleasant. Location is perfect as it is near uptown & japanese malls. Also nr my father’s house & my rented property which is my main concern.Plenty of resto nearby. Church inside the mall.

Cons: None that I could think of.

Great apartment

Pros: Able to cook. Full utensils. Everything working condition.

Cons: Not enough lighting. Kitchen too dark

Super convenient location...will stay again in the future!

Pros: The location was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants around the area and easy to get around and take Grab car or order food in if you don't feel like going out. The check-in was pretty easy and the building staff were helpful and friendly. The PH Staycation correspondence was also very swift and tended to my needs and questions.

Cons: The internet was sometimes unstable when we were watching Netflix but it wasn't too bothersome for us. Also just set your expectation that because of the location, you will hear the music from the clubs on the streets. It didn't bother us anyway. One thing which was cumbersome was the airconditioners not working and was even leaking with frozen water, so they had to visit the unit twice during the stay. I hope they really fix it for future guests. They provided an extra electric fan which I requested, so it was not too bad. :)
