Great host, great location, poor service from staff

Pros: Property was amazing and very comfortable for a 1 - 2 nights stay

Cons: The staff of the building is a massive let down. They were not helpful and at moments I felt unwelcome. I asked a couple times for help and was ignored and told they could not help
