Urban Nest

Pros: - The host Raisea was very helpful and accommodating. Communication was very fast and efficient. - The location! Within walking distance to BGC high street.

Cons: One of the main lifts was broken during our stay. Had only one lift to get to our room. So, the lift was constantly packed with people. Sometimes we couldn't even get in because the lift was already full. Hopefully the lift is fixed now.

Would stay here again, very satisfied. Good for a family holiday. Location was great too.

Pros: Master bedroom we slept in was very spacious. My baby was able to crawl and play on the carpet while we had our luggages out. Was able to cook homemade meals in the kitchen to save money from eating out. Host was very responsive and delightful to communicate with. Good price.

Cons: It would be nice to have hand towels for the kitchen and hand soaps for the bathrooms. The shower could use a shower curtain as the water splashes outside to the toilet and sink area while showering. Bathroom also needs a bath mat to wipe the water splashes.

Pros: Location is excellent and the host was so accommodating. We have everything we need. Its nice to have a water jug and coffee for us to use

Pros: I like the property that everything I need is provided. Like utensils in the kitchen, beddings, ac is running good.

Cons: The shower area has no shower mat to protect elderly to slipped off.

Staycation Weekend for son's 18th B'day

Pros: The place is cozy and warm. My Family and I enjoyed our stay and celebrated my son's 18th Birthday. The kitchen facilities are complete and the pool you can use as guests even on weekends. You just need to pay extra if more than 2 guests which is fine. Toiletries are provided as well. Airconditioning in 2 rooms and living room. The place is good for 7 with extra beds. There's Netflix, You Tube Premium and Karaoke. We would definitely recommend this place for a staycation for Family or Friends.

Cons: Because it's a loft style, the stairs doesn't have extra handle so the Senior Citizen and afraid of heights members of the Family struggled to come up and down the stairs. But other than that, it's really a nice place to stay and an affordable accomodation complete with Amenities.

Pros: The whole place is clean, Complete amenities and that very accessible, near to some great tourist spots, malls, café and restaurants, and the owner is just wonderful and responsive when I have inquiries.

BGCできれいなマニラを体験するならば、間違いない選択

Pros: 今回、夫婦と子供2人、幼児1人の宿泊。BGCのエリア内のアパートメントなので、エリア外の古い街並みとは違う快適環境。メゾネット2階タイプで1階がリビング、2階が大小のベッドルームという構造。カップルでちょっと広めのスペースという使い方が最も良さそうだった。 宿泊前からリアクションが迅速なホストが素晴らしく、アパートメントなのにチェックイン前に荷物をあづかってくれた。これは本当にありがたい。飲料水も客室に十分にあり、NETFLIXも使えた。

Cons: 考えてみるが、基本的にない。1階にコンビニエンスストアもある。強いて言うならば敷地内にタワーが3つあって（徒歩1分程度の距離）どこが宿泊棟なのか確認した程度。いずれにしてもホストのリアクションが非常に早いので、到着して迷うこともないと思う。ちなみに自分たちが投宿時には待っていてくれた。
