Pleasant

Pros: I stayed one night. The place itself is good — clean, comfortable, and as described. The host was responsive and able to provide the information I needed. However, I think it would have been helpful to know in advance that the lift isn’t working on the 12th floor, as I had to look for the exit and navigate my way on arrival. Aside from that, my stay was pleasant.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. Complete with kitchenware and living room appliances. The front desk staff is accommodating. The owner is also kind and good. Our family enjoyed the overnight stay in the place.

Pros: The location is very nice no problem with foods there is 7/11 store and the room is very good for family stay. Very near to PSE building and Bonifacio High Street. :)

Pros: we bought breakfast at jollibee near at the unit the location of the unit is great walking distance to all of the stablishment

Cons: the double bed is noisy and the pillows are too thin you should buy new pillows for much better sleep

Good staycation place in a good location with a kind and responsive host.

Pros: We like the location where we have a view of Manila Golf Club and Country Club fairway. The place is comfortable with good air conditioning. My granddaughter loves the place where she got her own bed by the window. There are 2 TV sets, one for every floor and local telephone. We can cook our breakfast in this 2-bedroom unit. The host is quick in rectifying issues in the unit and even waited until midnight for feedback just in case another issue arises.

Cons: The exact address of the property is not available even 2 days before our arrival and the mobile number of the property cannot be reached or incorrect. I need to call customer service since I don't have PLDT line that cost me an overseas/international call. It was about an hour before check-in that we learned the exact address. Upon arrival we noticed that some are lights that are not functioning including the internet.

Pros: Aside from the fact that the owner isn't responsive at first, we actually had a good stay. He even gave us a little discount for our day extension. The room itself is good/clean and it is in a very good location (within BGC).

Cons: There's no carpark. We actually paid 1,100.00 php for an overnight + 6 hours parking which is almost the amount we paid for the stay itself.
