His friendly demeanor and engaging personality quickly established a rapport with us. The room was immaculate, decent size, and perfectly met our basic needs. The second-floor view was breathtaking, especially at night, with the city lights and bustling streets creating a captivating atmosphere. We greatly appreciate Cris' assistance in retrieving my forgotten ID at the Lobby of Fort Victoria, which was crucial during our stay in the Philippines. We highly recommend Cris' unit and we're looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

Pros: Walking distance to high street strip BGC, close to SM Aura and Market Market and if you're a runner, there's a great park across the road. Such a great location! 7/11, Gong cha and laundry services on-site as well. The owner was so communicative by sending photos and videos on how to open the lock box for the keys.
