Pros: The property was clean, smells good. The check in was pretty smooth, we didn’t have a problem with finding the place. The instructions were to find the place and how to check in were very clear. We only stayed back one night, we should have stayed longer. Location was good, quiet area which we like. Thank you

Cons: this is probably out of the owner’s hand but there were parties around other apartments, the noise was loud but luckily we didn’t mind but we weren’t expecting it.

Pros: satisfied. clean and complete with everything you need.

Cons: What I didn't like is the children dismayed because hindi na sila naka ligo sa swimming pool. Nag change na daw ng time pwede maligo afternoon na pwede. So hindi na sila naka swimming kasi mag check out na din by 12 noon. Dati kasi 8 am till 10 pm pwede mag swimming.

Cons: The bed in the main room is a bit sagging in the middle. Nevertheless, we still had a good rest.

Awesome place to stay.

Pros: The accessibility to all shops and cleanliness of the place. The owner is accommodating and readily available to answer our concerns. My kids enjoys alot the games available in the room. Definitely will plan to book again for our next visit at BGC.

Cons: Only the instructions given when opening the door are confusing. Not align with the instruction given.
