One bedroom budget condo in BGC

Great location, responsive hosts

Pros: Very earnest honest and considerate host. They are very upfront.Just a reminder for people to manage their expectations. It has a great location for a great price!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location was convenient and short walking distance to the tourist area. The apartment was clean and simple. The shower was good, all kitchen utensils were available for our convenience. The city view from the apartment was beautiful especially in the evening.

Pros: Since we booked the unit for work, location is perfect as it is close to our offices, restaurants and convenience stores. We did not do any cooking but the unit had complete facilities for refrigeration, light cooking and heating food. Bathroom was spacious and we liked that there is an area for working that is separate from where bed is located. Wonderful view of BGC at night whether you are up or down the loft. You definitely get value for money booking this unit and renting their private parking. As for the host, they had been very responsive to our inquiries and we would book this place again if needed.

Cons: It would be desirable to have blackout curtains in the bedroom especially for working guests who need to sleep during daytime. The bathroom entrance would be better if the floor edging was not raised or minimally raised. I already tripped twice on the edging (which has same tile color as bathroom floor) and I worry if this happened for the elderly.

Pros: I liked the location and how convenient it was to book.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I actually wish I could have stayed longer but I had prior obligations.

A cozy place I can't wait to book again.

Pros: It's a minimalist cozy and neat condo unit. There are a lot of storage area and quite useful appliances. Even it's already a decade year old. It's well maintained.

Cons: The edges of the sink is quite dark/blackish maybe because it's already old but I guess a little bit of scrubbing can make it clean or whiter. But all in all it's a great place, spacious and the location is great. The price is also a very good deal.

Nice duplex, great location

Pros: Great stay! Location was fantastic and the room had a great view. It's a spacious duplex so you have to go up stairs to go to the bedroom/bathroom.

Great view of the city, matched with great vibes you and your friends can have great conversations and coffee over.

Pros: It has a great view, great vibe, and is just overall great. Would come back again!

Cons: The water pressure was a little low. Apart from that, nothing to note here.
