Great place to experience all the small bars and food places that poblacion has to offer.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, and everything was dated but well maintained and clean.

Cons: Water pressure wasn’t the greatest but that wasn’t that big of an issue.

Beautiful, tasteful and friendly

Pros: Everything. The Clipper House looked awesome, but when we arrived the manager offered us a room in the sister venue nearby because of a small booking error. We agreed and we're very pleased. The sister venue is set in a stunning old Spanish villa, it's been beautifully restored and the location was perfect. The staff were really kind and accommodating, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of their venues in the future.

Cons: No complaints from me.

A short stay

Pros: I like that the room was spacious and clean and it was sound proof. We couldnt hear the noise outside.

Cons: I think the area outside the room needs more maintenance. Other than that, it was a good value for money

Love it!

Pros: The staffs was so helpful. Nice clean room. Breakfast was delicious. They really helpful especially am Deaf, they communicate with me so well. Tea was not on the menu but I was happy when I asked for tea and they do have tea. That was a relief.

A hotel with a history

Pros: Good AC. Fridge inside the room. Bars and entertainment spots in walikg distance. Beds are spacious and comfy. Ample rooms with a high ceiling (which i like against the new fancy hotel rooms which are tiny space and low ceiling). I like their historic relationship to the nearby AyalaTriangle, which was the runway of former Manila Airport, in the 1930-ies.

Cons: Water pressure / water availability is an issue in the shower. 2nd + 3rd floor : no escalator nor lift.
