Comfortable and clean room

Pros: I booked last minute here after my mishap with Bel-Air Soho not allowing pets. Thank God Citadel Inn allows pets and Ms. Susan is very responsive. The room was already prepared when I checked in around 5pm. The staff were accommodating especially the guards. It's an old building, but it's clean and is enough if you just need a place to rest.

Cons: Nothing. I'm good with everything.

Pros: The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
