Pros: Adam the host was amazing. Very communicative and so warm and friendly when we met him. When he opened the door at night the view was outstanding of the city . The apartment was very comfortable,nice comfy bed ,Had everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights . There is a mall nearby and Poblacion is within walking distance. Check out the Filling Station, whilst there. Really cool

Great clean place in a solid location that I'd love to book again!

Pros: Great view on 43rd floor balcony! Nice and quiet yet near everything in Makati. Lawsons/coffee/food is right downstairs. Super nice upscale/modern building that felt nice and safe. Really clean and spacious place with good air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and smart TV. Easy hotel entrance for Grab pickups and drop offs. Nice gym/dance studio and pool!

Cons: The check in process with obtaining the keys/keycard, going through the guard, and talking to front desk was a bit confusing. Most likely on my part, I had to recheck the booking/instructions a few times but not a big deal at all!

Fantastisch uitzicht en dicht bij vliegveld

Pros: Aardige eigenaar van een prima appartement in Manilla. Het contact liep heel goed en hij reageerde heel snel. Het appartement heeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad. Op goede afstand van het vliegveld dus prima om hier de eerste of laatste dag van je reis te overnachten

Pros: コスパ・立地・安全面、どれも大満足でした。部屋はとても清潔ですし、高層階なので窓からの眺めが最高でした。建物のセキュリティがしっかりしているので安心して滞在できました。徒歩圏内に飲食店が豊富にあり、ショッピングモールやコンビニもあるので便利です。ホストのアダムはとても親切で、常に丁寧に対応してくれました。次回もまたこちらに宿泊したいと思います。

Great place to stay!

Pros: The host, Adam is a great guy. The place is great, complete with toiletries, towels, coffee and tea and we even have a complimentary water. Adam is very kind and gave us a quick tour of the building as per my request. He responds really quick on questions. I strongly recommend this place and I will definitely stay at his place again.
