Pros: The apartment was nicely done out and had everything we needed. The host responded to messages quickly and was extremely helpful. The location is good.

Cons: The elevators are a bit slow and dated but they work

Pros: I like the room I didn't expect is just a bigger room with bedroom own bathroom and have guess powder room. Like the design elligant, some need to change and fix like cabinet and bedroom lock hope they give a own key in the bedroom in case if we lock accident

Next Level Luxury

Pros: Stayed in the Penthouse Apartment on the 33rd Floor, in the heart of Makati. The amenities were immaculate, and the interior decoration was 5-star. Felt like a rock star staying in this luxury apartment.

Cons: No con's.

Pros: The staff member Zyre was extremely accommodating, kind and professional going above and beyond to make sure our time spent was as good as possible. His service alone made this a memorable stay to a point I've already booked three more times and plan on staying again

Cons: One of the elevators stopped working and the other one had many issues resulting in it taking forever to arrive so I had to use the stairs often

Gorgeous place

Pros: I was very pleased with my stay, the rooms are gorgeous and clean. I wouldn't pay to much attention to reviews stating the building is old, yes it’s old but we’ve found 0 inconveniences because of this. The hosts were both pleasant to deal with and helpful. I forgot to claim my deposit and Zyre called me a day later to notify me I still had to pick up the deposit. His honesty really made my day. Thank you all for everything, I definitely come back.

Pros: The room was big plus the bedroom was comfy and the bed was king size, the living space was great and clean, the staff guy was friendly and helpful, always responded back in moments after asking for help.

Cons: the shower was not good, the water always turned hot to cold back to hot back to cold throughout the shower,. not staying at temperture you regulated. making the experience stressful.

Cons: The only real down point is the building itself is older and the lifts are not great
