Daniella’s Modern & Cozy Suite in Uptown BGC

Absolutely amazing location and apartment including both the host and his sister. Excellent 5 Stars

Pros: We truly loved the apartment and all its amenities, its cleanliness and easy access to all the surrounding Malls etc around Uptown BGC. The host was nothing short of super nice and accomidating to all our needs as we stayed there for 14 Days. Additionally all the building staff were super friendly and helpful also. Overall we had an awesome stay and experience. Thank you

Pros: The position of the appartment is perfect. There is everything what you need. Everything is in walkable distance. The equipment of the appartment is nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Like everywhere there is starting little mold in the shower. I would reccomend to treat that before it gets everywhere. The appartment is nice and this is the only small mistake but it can become huge problem later

Amazing stay

Pros: Location was amazing. Conveniently walking distance to the uptown mall and Bonifacio high street. Room was clean and washer/dryer was very handy! Staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Great customer service by home owner, and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely book again on my next trip to the Philippines.

Pros: The property is spotless. Very comfortable bed and very nice shower. I end up buying the same shower head when I get back home.

Pros: The hosts were very responsive! We booked the place in short notice & not long after the booking I have already received their messages. They answered our questions very timely. The check-in process was very smooth even though we didn't have to meet anyone aside from the front desk. The place was clean & complete even with a laundry machine. What you see in the photos is what you get. I think it will be a good place for those who wish to stay long in BGC. The location is right across Mitsukoshi Mall and a short walking distance to Uptown Parade and Uptown Mall.

Cons: Please do note for future guests that there is an ongoing construction in one of the neighboring units. I was told it's everyday from 9am-4pm. The noise can be distracting. You may also want to note that they don't have a parking slot in the building but they will give you good options not far from the building. We also tried to extend our check out but unfortunately it was not possible. It would have also been nice to have a welcome pack especially for tourists who are new to the city.

The Unit was great, but some of the staffing need to be re-evaluated; I should have taken a picture of B5!

Pros: Everything about the unit was awesome, I would come back without hesitation.

Cons: Trash wasn’t picked up 2x a day as indicated, we couldn’t leave the trash out (per instructions); but when we waited the night before we were to leave between 4 pm and 9:15 pm - NO ONE SHOWED UP. B5 where I brought the trash to at 4:30 am is dingy and had roaches everywhere, I had to look for it because there were no markings; it was not my fault but felt I was punished for their mistake and the guy on duty that night was not helpful at all - I wonder how much the association dues is, whatever it is; it’s too much. We checked out around 4:45 am to catch our flight.

Cons: Parking was a bit far so keep that in mind when you have your own car. Otherwise it's all great.

Pros: The owner/host is very accommodating and kind and easy to talk to.. will definitely book this place again once i get back to PH. The place is cozy,clean and comfortable.

Top Notch Rental in Uptown Area

Pros: Upgraded facilities since my last visit in May 2023; both aircons have been upgraded, bidet and shower head has been replaced (water pressure is also very good), internet connection is very stable. Again, the utilization and configuration of property space is very roomy Very great communication with property owners regarding early luggage drop off; the property was immaculate and spotless upon official arrival. Will definitely rent out again when I am in the area~
