Good and safe location, close to the Ayala triiangle and the green belt

Pros: Well located. The staff very attentive. Call after the check-in and time enoguh after you arrived at your room to check if all is ok. Very focus in the customer

Cons: Some of the pipes are quite noisy (my neighbours’ in this case so every time they opened the tap or the shower was very noisy. I paid a massage and the lady told me it would be better an hour, I commented that with front desk even the lady herself and because it was paid in advanced i could not adjust the time even it was paid in cash. The room has no kitchen paper or tissous. Being an appartment with kitchen and stuff, my observation is that It must to be included. There is rioom For improvement

Defo worth the money

Pros: Accessible to essential malls, offices and airport Staff were very helpful and polite

Cons: Although we were not able to use the pool due to time constraints, we would have loved to see what it's like

Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, well-equipped, lovely shower and located next to two gorgeous wellbeing parks. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was very tasty.

Cons: The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and did interrupt our sleep. The staff in the attached restaurant for breakfast were not friendly; we produced the vouchers given to us by the reception team, and on each occasion, the restaurant staff were condescending.

Very comfortable and close to amenities

Pros: Large spacious room with good facilities, close to the Greenbelt malls and the airport.

Pros: Great location. Wonderful staff. Nice park directly across the street.

Cons: Aircon didn't work properly in one of our rooms, they did offer an alternative though.

The stay was pleasant as it is every year

Pros: The room was clean and tidy. The cleaners were excellent and very approachable. The staff on the desk were also excellent. We will come again next year as we always do.

Cons: The television was a disappointment. We couldn’t get any channels initially until someone came and said they had a problem and managed to get us channels on YouTube.

Excellent spot for a short stay in Manila

Pros: Only stayed one night, so didn’t get to see anything other than the foyer, lift and hotel room. Room was very well appointed with everything you might need for a longer stay. Particularly liked the fact that the bedroom area could be closed off - which is particularly useful in the event of noisy neighbours.

Cons: No complaints other than the fact the showers weren’t working and the sliding doors were broken. Parking is a bit on the snug side, but free parking in Makati is a real bonus. Was a chore finding the car park entrance - if you’re driving, ignore the GPS and stop and ask for directions.

Good hotel , central safe location

Pros: Very good location. Very near to the Makati centre. Lots of shops and eateries around. Very safe Good WiFi Clean. Staff ready to help, friendly Nono’s located at the same premises is a good restaurant.

Cons: For the colour scheme of the studio was somewhat depressive - dark orange and grey. But it’s an individual impression which might have been a reflection of not liking the city itself

Great location, great value, I would stay again.

Pros: Great location across the road from a park. Security detail was reassuring. The room had everything I liked including eating utensils. The complex had a great lap pool and sauna.

Cons: Lift access could have room key security.

Pros: Luxurious accommodation in the Makati area. Great location. Close to parks, shops and transport. Staff went out of their way to provide outstanding service. The restaurant in the complex was awesome.
