One Bedroom with Balcony by Christine Suites PH in Greenbelt Radisson

Pros: The room was complete with all the things you'd possibly need during a trip—iron, hairdryer, etc.

Cons: The only downside was the noisy AC. It was leaking during my stay.

Almost a great stay

Pros: The location was good as it is closer to Greenbelt3

Cons: The TV and WIFI didn't work well. Although it was not a major issue, it would have been better if the TV worked properly with good internet connection.

Fun and comfortable

Pros: Location was nice and close to shops, friendly staff and lovely room

Cons: Didn't realise there was no housekeeping but that was my fault

Pros: Tucked in a quiet,safe street in Legazpi area,just a walking distance to parks and major malls.( A very short walk to Legazpi Sunday Market in case you're around on that specific day of the week). Though not much of restaurants nearby. The guards were polite and helpful. The unit itself is spacious with very good lighting--it's one of those older condominiums with more space, including the balcony (compared to new ones that have sprouted all over the metro.) One could just hang out at the balcony overlooking the park. It's clean and not cluttered with decor. The host provided free bottled water, coffee and dental kits.

Cons: I suggest that they take a look at the electric outlet for the stove, it's not safe with that condition. Funky smell coming from the kitchen sink drain at times.

Overall great value

Pros: Great value for money, comfortable and nicely decorated room and in a lovely hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. In a great location with a view of the park and just 10 mins from the greenbelt mall.

Cons: The only complaint is that on this site it's named Radissons, but on the street the name of the building is the branded as Rossendale. This caused a bit of confusion. That's why I rated the location less, because it took a bit more time to 'locate' when I arrived.

Pros: 何より立地が良くて、ここからGreenbelt-Landmark-Glorietta-SMmakatiとショッピングモールを立て続けに行けるので非常に便利です。トイレもガンタイプのお尻洗浄が付いていて、シャワー室も扉があり、使い勝手がいいです。そして何よりこの建物内のプールが同じフロアなので便利です。 ちなみにトレーニングジムはそこからすぐ階段があり、7階に降りればあります。7階にはランドリーがあり、キロ幾らで洗ってくれて翌日には出来上がってます(ただ色物等は色移りがあり危険です)

Cons: この建物が古いせいか、キッチンや浴室の排水口から異臭が出てくる事があり、臭いで何度か起こされました。(オーナーさんに言ったら直ぐにアロマのような加湿器を用意してくれて、それをつけたままだと匂いで誤魔化されてなんとか過ごせます) あとは室内に小さくてもしっかりしたテーブルと椅子があれば食事が出来るのですが、グラグラした丸いテーブルがあるだけなのでちょっとそこは不便かも。 オーナーさんはすごく対応が良く親切です。
