Pros: Exactly as in description, nothing to complain about, excellent base for exploring Manila and spend some time relaxing. Kitchen works.

Cons: Only small think is that swimming pool is only accessible to visitors on tuesday to friday.

Pros: Property and pics are as described and presented. Convenience and location. Accessible to a lot of restaurants

Great location, but place needs to be cleaned before renting it out.

Pros: Great location. Very close to mall, shops and restaurants.

Cons: The bathroom can use a brighter light bulb. Also, the place was not that clean when we arrived. The floor is dirty and we did have to clean the floor and sanitize the bathroom just to feel more comfortable. The rug just right outside the bathroom smells sour so I had to take it outside the patio. Their cleaner needs to be more attentive. Guests needs to feel comfortable when they arrive.
