Pros: Good location (its close to Manila but also to Tagaytay), the balcony view its awesome, very quiet, not noisy in spite of being in front of a busy avenue. It has a lovely coffee shop in front of the building and a little convenience store inside the building, by the pool which is very helpful in case something is needed

Cons: There are no supermarkets, malls or restaurants close by. The surrounding neighborhoods does not feel safe, therefore its not good for walking around
