Pros: Self check in and self check out, they even extended our stay for free

Cons: Swimming pool access but everything even the host and caretaker are very nice and responds to all my query.

Alea residences

Pros: Het appartement was comfortabel ingericht met airconditioning, keuken, balkon, zwembad en smart tv en o.a spellen. Het complex ligt in een zone die in ontwikkeling is en de omgeving is daardoor wat minder maar het complex zelf heeft goede faciliteiten.

Cons: We hadden ivm een tyfoon 2 dagen geen elektriciteit maar daar kon de eigenaar ook niks aan doen. Verder bij aankomst moeite om door de security te komen. Zorg dat je n confirmation letter hebt van de eigenaar van het appartement en print die uit voor de security guards. Verder mooi zwembad bij het complex maar je moet er wel per keer apart voor betalen en dat kon niet contant alleen met gcash.
