Nice unit , accommodating host

Pros: We liked the area in general, everything is nearby , supermarket on the ground floor of the building , having Watson's is a plus , and Goldilocks as well , not to forget 7 eleven. There are few restaurants to choose from. I am an animal lover , I find it so comforting that there are some residents who regularly feed the stray cats, it makes me happy, I thought the management dislikes animals but that was not the case . And thanks to both the host and Chel , very helpful , accommodating and reachable anytime, that's the most important .

Pros: My husband and I really loved it. We honestly didn’t expect the place to be this nice. The host gave us a great view, and there were plenty of facilities. Just downstairs there’s a supermarket, super convenient to buy groceries or food. There’s even Zus Coffee! But my fav coffee is PickUp! Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and it's easy to get around. We actually stayed from 6/11 to 19/11/25 and it was totally worth it. We were very satisfied. The host was also very helpful when I needed a bit of assistance. Thank you so much!

Great, cozy place. Recommend for long-term stay

Pros: Really cozy, comfortable place to stay. I feel almost at home. Good for longer stay. Convenient self checkin High-security around Good, high-speed wifi

Cons: Problems with checking in the flat (not working door code) I supposed to get, but owner immediately redirected me to another on a lower floor, so no issue with that

Pros outweigh the cons

Pros: Location was near the German Embassy (literally 5-min walk). It is located on the 41st floor. Unit was nice and sulit for the price. Host is approachable and helpful. Host also allowed me to have a late check-out.

Cons: Some missing items like tissue rolls, sponge. Kitchen light was not working. Blanket is too thin huhu

MAGANDANG ROOM!? SULIT SA PRICE!? YES! DEFINITELY!! ABSOLUTELY!!!

Pros: When I checked for rooms to stay around makati, this caught my attention and it exceeds my expectation when i entered the room. It's super clean, the decors are relaxing, fully functional household equipments, comfy bed and Alexa is even there to assist me with my needs!! 😍😂 ALEXA TURN OFF THE LIGHTS PLS 😂 All you need is in this room. The view of the balcony is super relaxing. Looking at people going with their daily lives and the breath taking view of the city light at night. The overall building of Air residence is stunning. At the 8th floor is the big lobby where you can work by since there are many tables, chairs and sockets to plug your laptop and the pool for children and adults. WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE!! When i come back to Makati, uunahan kita HAHA

Pros: The Host is so accommodating, the room is so cozy and nice. also the staff and the facilities of the building was great.

Convenience

Pros: Everything about the space was convenient for a solo traveler like myself.

Pros: I liked the view in the balcony, the led mirrors and it was a smart home (Alexa). And the owner was very kind and accommodating. Amenities were complete. AC worked well, made the whole unit more comfortable 👍🏻

Cons: Had a bit of trouble checking in (which also was partly my bad since I had not sent our ID’s beforehand). But yeah, the thought that you’d have to send your ID just for you to be authorized by the personnel in the reception is an inconvenience especially when you arrive exhausted and would appreciate to just go straight to the unit, instead of just giving the ID once you’ve already arrived since you already have your name registered on this platform. But then again, it’s not a hotel, have to follow procedures. The unit could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Still had some trash from the previous guests under the bed. Bathroom was full of water and/or soap marks.
