Clean & safe location.

Pros: Cleanliness & Location. Not walkable but close when taking a Grab or taxi.

Cons: Shower low pressure coz it was leaking, but property will look into it.

Cons: There wos nothing I didn’t like as it all ran smoothly thanks to the staff they were very helpful.

Pros: Locations great and wifi was great. Everything you needed was walkable. Room was good and had all the essentials.

A decent, budget-friendly place for one or two people with an accommodating host.

Pros: The TV was a good size. Plenty of shops and food options in and around AIR building. Host allowed us to arrive early.

Cons: Microwave needed to be moved to be used (couldn't reach power socket). Apartment is quite small (but perhaps this is to be expected given price/location).

Pros: It’s so convenient as it was located at the business district of Makati. Easy to book grab and there were a lot of restaurants and even a grocery store in the area.
