Pros: Great place to stay in Manila! The landlady is responsible and nice

Pros: The view was really amazing from the 37th floor for this unit. The bed was really soft and comfortable giving a good night rest. Anything you may need is walking distance (good restaurants, minimart, mall).

Great Location!

Pros: Krystel is a very nice and attentive host. She makes sure that everything is well and we are taken care of. If we have questions, she is always there to assist us. The room is very clean and what we need is already there. Hot and cold showers are also available, The Bedroom Bed is very neat and nice. Restaurants are every where it is always at your reach, which is very convenient to us, Banks are near as well. People are so nice and polite. Will definitely recommend her place to stay.

Cons: Not that much, there always things to improve, but I love her place to stay. Will definitely book her apartment.

Perfect Staycation

Pros: What I like most is the convenience of this place and how accessible it is with all my itinerary. I love the fact that there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants within the building and neighboring The Rise. Nice aesthetic of the unit too and very clean. There are kitchen stuff too that you can use if you fancy cooking using the convection oven. Will definitely book next time again.

Cons: Hmmm, can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pros: Location was great, lots of shops, restaurants and a 7/11 shop close by. The hosts (Christian and Krystel) were simply amazing. I have travelled the world and no where have I ever seen such accommodating, helpful friendly and professional hosts - THANK YOU. I'll definitely come back (if you'll have me)

Cons: My only criticism would be that the noise of the emergency services with their blues and two's are somewhat annoying in the middle of the night. Overall it did not affect my time at all. It's a lovely place and so very well managed.

5 out of 5, Will pick this place again next year when me and my girlfriend visits Philippines again.

Pros: The place was great, good access to restaurants, stores, perfect view, supermarket literally downstairs, although it's a little bit expensive at some goods, but I guess it's because it's imported stuff. Overall experience was great, stuggled a little with the key door but got great support from the host and her brother I believe it was who's helping with running it from what i understood. For some reason we struggled with warm water in the shower aswell as our TV being very slow and laggy but as soon as we texted our host they came directly in the afternoon the next day(it was late when we texted) Great value for what you get in makati. I'm more than certain that next year I'll be getting the same place again! :)

Cons: There's really nothing not to like. I guess if I had to be picky there's some remains of some sort of paste that is supposed to stop anything from leaking on a pipe in the shower but that's really nothing worth complaining on. It's a great place, I recommend both the host and the place

fabulous host with a beautiful apartment

Pros: The apartment is in a good area with great amenities. The apartment has everything you need and a shop on the ground floor. Huge flatscreen smart television with Netflix and many other channels. A nice breakfast bar for two if you’re cooking in or having a takeaway. Excellent air-con which is a must this time of year. Very comfortable bed with a good size wardrobe and a little safe for valuables. Bathroom has a powerful rainforest shower. Wifi is extremely fast all the time. There really are plenty of little touches that make it so homely. Great swimming pool and gym to burn off some unwanted calories if that your thing. Underground parking are also free at the complex Krystel’s is an amazing host with a heart of gold. If your coming to Manila then this is definitely the place to stay.
