Pros: Location close to Venice mall and all convenience stores luxury building and facilities only let down by faulty hot water system but owner apologised and will rectify but we washe in cold water throughout our stay (had to get used to it)

Nice secure, clean property, with great staff

Pros: My sister and I needed accommodations as we were attending the weeklong services for the death of our grandmother in another part of the city. The property was very clean, we found the property to be secure and the staff was very friendly.

Cons: Although the property had a large dining table that could accommodate 6, we weren't able to have more than 3 (including ourselves) people in the rental at any given time. We wanted to have dinner with our parents and aunties, 6 people in total including ourselves in the rental. We even prepared food and had everything waiting only to have our parents and aunties be held downstairs in the lobby. I know the agreement says the apartment can't accommodate more than 3 people including the renters, we just assumed that meant overnight, not at all times when there's a dining table with 6 chairs and enough dishes and cutlery to accommodate more than 6 people. The hot water heater kept tripping the breaker so we had to take cold showers the first 5 days before we realized this was the case, it might be helpful to connect this to a GFCI so that the renter doesn't have to walk all the way out to the circuit breaker panel during their shower to reset the breaker. Also the GFCI outlet next to the sink in the bathroom didn't work the entire time despite multiple attempts to reset the breaker on the circuit breaker panel. It might also be helpful for any perspective renters if you have 3 different receptacles (maybe under the sink) for separation of recyclables, biodegradables and rubbish. There was only one very small trash can in the kitchen so we bought garbage bags across the street at the grocery store to separate them and kept them under the sink until we went down to dispose of them accordingly. Some countries do not separate their trash/recyclables so this would be helpful for those who are from other countries to know this is what is expected in BGC. Other than those three things our stay was all together pleasant, the property itself was nice, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
