Perfect to rest between flights near Terminal 3 by foot

Pros: Good to rest between flights. It is really near the airport by foot (Terminal 3 - Cebu Airlines, Turkish Airlines). Just take the elevator that goes up to the footbridge, cross the avenue, than go in direction of MacDonalds and Total gas station, turn right and in 50 meters is the entrance of One Palm Tree Condominium. Sandra was at the hall of Cluster D. The apartment is 8J. It is a very colorful room, not beautiful but functional. There are two confortable couple beds, air conditioner, a good shower with shampoo and body soap, microwave. It's near restaurants, cheap street food, supermarket/sari sari, ATM (Plaza 66). You have to pay in PHP. There is ATM at the airport (cash withdrawal to wise card 250 PHP tax).

Cons: It's simple, very colorful, but it was the cheapest one, ok.

Pros: Convenience from airport to one palm tree condo. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. Shops and restaurants so close by.

Cons: Not enough instructions on where to check in.

Very convenient place for early or late flights

Pros: This hotel is in fact easy to find. When you leave the Manila Runaway, turn left and look for McDonald's, and, once there, for Total Gas Station, which you have to go accross to see, on your right, the gate of the buildings (there's a guard there, to help you find Cluster D). But, if ypu mistenkenly go the opposite side (in direction fo Belmont Hotel), and end up in Newport Blvd, just turn left in the Boulevard and you'll also arrive, turning left again after one block. More: you really hear street noises from the apartament, but it is completely possible to sleep with it (the reduction proportionated by the window glass is enough for that). The zone is very safe and there are some food options nearby.

More than I expected, was great!!!!

Pros: It is very close to the footbridge going to NAIA 3. It is less than 5mins walk to food stalls and different fastfoods even for ladies that is looking for different waxing services and etc.

Cons: I’m not going to fuss about the airconditikning that is the only thing that bothered my sleep, otherwise my stay was excellent and my stay was worth every penny. 😃😍
