Pros: Exceptionally clean two-room apartment (with a separate bedroom). The owner maintains cleanliness to an world-class degree. Air conditioning works flawlessly in both rooms—just use the unit in the living room. Check-in process was seamless, with quick contact from the owner. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Ideal for an overnight stay near the airport (10 min walk to terminal 3).

Pros: The host provide detailed information on the check in process which makes it easier for the guest even the arrival time is almost midnight. Appreciated the gesture of ensuring its guest will have a very easy way of checking in with the property.

Ideal für einen Layover in Manila

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Layover in Manila, da sich die Unterkunft direkt am Flughafen Terminal 3 befindet. Es war nicht schwer das Gebäude zu finden. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht von unserem Balkon auf der 4. Etage. Das Apartment war bestens ausgestattet und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut!

Cons: Die Balkontür ist sehr lärmdurchlässig und daher war es recht laut durch den Verkehr. Leider hatten wir vor dem schlafengehen zwei Kakerlaken im Wohnbereich. Da ich große Angst vor Kakerlaken habe war die folgende Nacht für mich leider schlaflos.

Pros: Le lit est grand et très confortable, la chambre est spacieuse, la Clim fonctionnait bien, le balcon est agréable et les alentours de l’immeuble sont très sympas, il y avait un marché nocturne juste en bas de l’immeuble

Cons: La climatisation est un peu bruyante et la salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle et il y a de l’eau chaude

Pros: Ubicación excelente según mi necesidad. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Pude llegar caminando. Muy buena relación calidad precio
