We really loved the place (we were transferred to their Palm Tree Villas units (Cluster A, 10J&K)

Pros: Love the location, the communication was seamless, the host was very accommodating. They transferred us to better units (as we required adjacent rooms). The attending staff of the host was very attentive.

Cons: The water in the shower of our unit seems to be a super low in pressure. It's like there's no water in the unit when you use the shower. All other water facilities had no problems. It was just the shower. Perhaps they need to check on it for maintenance/repairs?

Very satisfied with my stay..

Pros: Responsive and helpful staff.. they helped me with the luggage and it is easy to communicate with them.. the room is nice, clean and spacious.. you can walk going to terminal 3 which is very convenient! I will book again in the future..

Cons: Low signal but good thing there's a stable internet connection.

Nice clean room in a good location

Pros: Good location. Close to terminal three of the airport and close to the mall and casino. It was a very lively area kind of upscale and clean and nice. I would highly recommend it.

Cons: Everything was good. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom was too small.
