Pros: The access into the apartment was smooth any easy, I also had the phone number of the apartment manager who was readily available to answer any questions. The apartment was so close to our meeting venue, so transport to and from was a breeze. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for comfort on a budget.

Pros: It has a separate room. Not big but perfect to change. Have privacy. The kitchen is perfect. We booked for 7 nights and we extended it twice.. the location is good. The host is very nice. It was a perfect stay.

Cons: At first there was a stinky smell in the bathroom...my husband cleaned thoroughly until the smell was gone.

Pros: The condo is very nice and it has everything what a person needs. It has wasching maschine and a lot of towels, what is very nice if you stay longer time. It is big enough for 4 people and location is 10 min away from MOA. We were very happy we stayed here.

Overall, the place is really nice. We had a good stay in this unit and the price is worth it.

Pros: The host emailed a copy of the approved permission to stay at the Condo ahead of our check-in. It was really helpful to speed up the process. We also got the keys in the mail room which is really convenient. The unit has all the basic amenities and toiletries were provided which is a nice touch. The unit is good up to 3 people since only 1 bed and 1 sofa bed is available.

Cons: The aircon unit inside the room sometimes leaks. It is not a strong drop of water but like a raindrop that gets you alarmed when it happens. As well as the light indicator of the aircon is directly facing the bed so when all lights are off you can see it when lying on the bed.

Better than hotels

Pros: The host was very responsive, considerate, and kind. The place was very comfortable and clean. All appliances are functional. Amenities kits are also provided. It has a free wifi and has access to Netflix. There is also a convenience store nearby. Dare I say, it's better than a hotel. We had a great stay. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!
