Second visit to the Breeze.

Pros: Our host was very attentive to any issues with our condo. On arrival every thing including towels and linen were nice and clean.Also kitchen was nicely fitted out.Aircon worked very well. No issues with vermin. Washing machine worked very well and with balcony to dry, allowed us to keep everything nice and clean. TV includes Netflix;the quality of the picture was very good. The security and door staff were very civil and polite. Very handy shop downstairs for groceries.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like.

Manila 30th Floor

Pros: Were having so much fun staying here very comfortable and accessible whenever you wanted to visit any places you wanted and theres also available store nearby. Staying at the Breeze is more convenient and good choice for us as a traveler. Thank you for having us and God bless more power .

Cons: So far all was okay. Overwhelmed and pleased.

Pros: A very nice apartment in a great location. The Mall of Asia is within easy reach, as are Manila Bayside and Robinsons Mall. A very nice view of Manila Bay. This apartment has everything you need for a two-week vacation. There are many small shops in the surrounding streets, and there's always something to explore. Very friendly staff in a well-secured, very clean building. Quick, uncomplicated contact with the owner. Thank you very much.

Nice Cosy Condo

Pros: The condo was good and full of needings like ironing also. Wi-Fi was Fine, TV has a smart box, bed was cozy. The location has it's bad things but also near to the beautiful places. And I preferred using Grab app for taxi, it is affordable and reliable.

Cons: The location nearby mostly full of homeless people, bars (I don't like those places).

3D2N Stay at Breeze Residences

Pros: The place is nice and clean. It is complete with all the basic necessities making it easy for us to move around with the kids. Check in and out went smoothly thanks to Ms. Beth P for helping us.

Cons: None.

Staycation at the Breeze Residence deluxe 1250b

Pros: I like room, dining area and the living room overlooking Roxas blvd from the wide glass wall. Plus the swimming pool on the 8th floor, my family really liked it.

Cons: I think for me, everything was amazing. I very much enjoy my stay.

The Breeze Residences

Pros: The place was perfect for the event that I attended in PICC. Really close and saves a lot of time commuting. The unit was very clean and cozy. Kitchenware is complete for basic cooking. With a minimal fee, our family was able to enjoy swimming on our second day. The pool is very clean and suitable for kids. They really enjoyed it. Lastly, what makes it more convenient for us is how Ms. Rose helped us arrange everything during our stay. She is very nice and responded well to my queries. Kudos!

Great for short stay

Pros: We booked the rooms 3049, 1250b, 1906, and 1523. the units are great, clean and complete with your basic needs. The hosts are very friendly and always make sure that our needs are met. truly recommended.

Cons: nothing i can say at this moment

Pros: Great host. Had to stay a few extra nights unexpectedly. Host Beth was able to accommodate my family first extra night, and she then managed to call around other apartment owners and get me two rooms for two more nights at very reasonable prices. Awesome service, THANKYOU BETH!!!

Cons: More towels would have been ideal, had to request them for pool. We did get them, but you can't just get from ringing reception. Takes time for host to supply. Proper inner sprung mattress would be ideal, was just foam mattress. Was tolerable for price.

Pros: It was cozy and comfortable the staff were friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped to cook
