There were few issues during our stay but still a very pleasant stay, beautiful unit and the owner

Pros: The property is very charming, with modern facilities, very very clean, has a beautiful view of the Mla bay and the town being at the top floor.The owner is very responsive to my questions and concerns. There is a big convenient store at the basement of the building. We were able to cook and do our laundry. I will not hesitate to rent the property in the future.

Cons: I was not warned about having no cell phone signal at the reception area, We have to go outside the bldg to get a signal or be at the top of the building. It was difficult to get in touch with the caretaker at the hotel but the owner gave me a specific instruction how to get in if the caretaker is not around so that fix the issue. Getting a taxi is also not easy because of the cell signal issue. The visitor policy is very strict allowing only 4 people in my unit, it is not favorable if you are a balikbayan having to see your family in the Phil. There was hold up during our check-out because the caretaker did not report to the front desk that we already gave him the money 1k to pay for the violation( my nephew pressing more than one buttons in the elevator). We assumed that the caretaker will take care of the payment.
