Family Staycation

It’s very inconvenient for everything.

Pros: I like the place, it’s inconvenient and very close for everything.

Cons: There is some things needs to fixed when I arrived.Aircon is not working both two rooms, a few drawers need’s to fixed , lights in kitchen, a bulbs in dinning area needs to change it’s broken. Kitchen covered needs to fixed , at least some extra bidding and pillows for changing the bedroom and should check the unit before the guest arrives not when the guest arrives found out both aircon not working. I phone the owner and reported what’s the problem in unit and the next day they sort it out the Aircon .Thanks to Maam Via the next day fixed it the Aircon.

Convenient place

Pros: The size of the room, it's spacious enough for my family.

Cons: I think we were at the smoking floor so when you go out of the room it's smelly. But you cant smell smoke when you're inside the room.

Pros: The location! The unit is nice and good for up to 3 people and maube a child. And the security guards and staff at the reception are nice. Clean enough, basic stuff provided.

Cons: We had to buy a set of batteries coz the aircon remote stopped working on the 2nd day.

Pros: Me and my family had a very comfortable stay and everything is just a minute away. Very convenient.

Pleasantly Surprised

Pros: The property is a spacious modern one-bedroom condo in a residential block. The management is obviously used to short term lets as they have a dedicated sign-in system at the reception in the lobby. Once we found the condo, we found the door unlocked (and left it the same way when we left) so we never met any owner or agent. The condo had a bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, and a double bed in the lounge, as well as two settees and a dining table and chairs. There was a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave and a washing machine.

Cons: Unfortunately, the plug on the microwave did not fit the socket! We couldn't find any programmes on the TV. There were no instructions. A very minor problem: My partner stupidly bought a bottle of wine with a cork instead of one with a screw cap but there was no corkscrew!

I really recommend it to everyone, it’s the perfect place if you are visiting Manila.

Pros: Everything! Spacious and clean, nearby to shopping malls.

Cons: Nothing!

Perfect stay in a lovely and quiet flat.

Pros: Appartment well located. Cosy, quiet, clean. Shared swimming pool for free. But closed on Monday for weekly cleaning.

Cons: It would be great to mention in the description that swimming pool is not accessible on Mondays. We only spent one night and it was a Monday so kids couldn't enjoy the pool during the heat wave. Fortunately we took a dip early the next day before catching our flight.

Pros: Walking distance to Greenbelt and close to cafes, coffee shops and convenience stores.

Good

Pros: Location and Facilities. The host gave us free of charge for the 2 kids (not listed as guests)

Cons: No update from the host/property owner. I had to keep following up which only then I will get an update. Host only confirmed the guests count when we arrived. She said they charge extra for the kids (2) - first time I encountered extra fees for kids, although I actually did not listed them as guests - that's on me.

Comfortable, clean, great price.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable. Place is clean and with hot water for shower. Kitchen utensils are all clean. The price point is great for its location. Nearby marts are available. I highly appreciate the host’s quick response. I booked almost 12 mn because of power outage while in a terrible storm. Had a really long and tiring day from ER with my kid’s fracture that required a cast. I also need to work after. She is so kind to reach out and provided a comfortable place to stay for my family. ❤️
