Comfy and cozy

Pros: The owner is nice and friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location is good if you have things to do in Makati.

Cons: The apartment is quite small so it's not a fantastic value for money, but it's fine overall.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linens smelled great, and everything we needed was provided. It was a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for a restful stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely book again!

Pros: The owner was so gracious and very accommodating. She even ensured that we have everything needed and in place. The unit is so clean and there were complementary items. The location is very ideal near convenient stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The concierge and lobby guards are very welcoming and helpful. Over all we will recommend and rebook the property.

Overall, it was great .

Pros: The proximity of the building to amenities such as the 2 parks a few blocks away, the different stores around the building and most especially the it's walkability factor to Greenbelt Malls.

Cons: Occasional noise from neighbors above and across the unit and the traffic outside. Unit could use a new fridge too.
