Pros: The place is very convenient and walking distance to MOA and other places. The host, Sean is very accommodating he responds to queries in real time. The place is very clean, homey and affordable.

Cons: Nothing.

Strongly recommend.

Pros: The host is absolutely fantastic. She responded promptly and offered immediate assistance, for which I am truly grateful—thank you so much, Miss Jessica! The facilities are wonderful, especially the cooking amenities, which create a comforting, home-like atmosphere. Having WiFi and Netflix is definitely a bonus. However, it would be nice to have a wall clock to enhance the experience.

Cons: The water in the bathroom handpot is quite low. Whenever we take a shower, the whole bathroom ends up getting soaked, so having a door or a shower curtain would be very beneficial. Additionally, a washing machine would be a great added convenience.

Pros: La ubicación es buena si lo que buscas es estar más o menos cerca de ciertas zonas como el Mall Of Asia o el Aeropuerto Internacional de Manila, pero es cierto que si lo que buscas es estar cerca del centro de la ciudad, quizá queda un poco alejado. No obstante siempre está la opción de coger \

Cons: Al estar relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, pese a ser una zona muy tranquila y con poco ruido en el edificio, hay bastante ruido de aviones despegando/aterrizando cerca, que pueden resultar algo molestos por la noche. El servicio de piscina no está incluido en el precio y se tiene que pagar por separado, y, aunque no esté tampoco incluido el desayuno, en la zona de alrededor hay muchos sitios donde tomar algo, sin ir más lejos el Mall Of Asia.

God clean modern shiny clean smelling functional place to stay.

Pros: No breakfast, does have kitchenette. Two blocks from MOA. Nice interior, good shower, cleaning smelling, well vented bathroom (many Philippine condos have poor sere system venting and smelly bathrooms, this one was good). A person could live there many months for work or similar.
