Great Value for Money

Pros: Good Value for money, well located with a variety of restaurants, a few convenience shops, ATM's, laundromat, salons and massage places among other conveniences. About 1km from Mall of Asia, very conveniently located. The owner was very helpful and responsive, will definitely stay here again when next in Manila.

Ideal location to MOA and includes 2 bedroom for a family comfort.

Pros: The kitchen wares came in handy for some homecooked- food cravings.

Cons: It could have been better if there's a dining table/chairs provided. Balcony is unaccessible.

Awsome

Pros: Host is very helpful, allowed us to check in at 1 am. Great place to stay.

Pros: What you see is what you get. Clean room with 4 beds. We stayed with 3 people and I think that is perfect. The people in the building are very friendly and the host even let us have a late checkout because we arrived late from the airport. Overall it was a good experience. Very close to the SM mall of Asia

Cons: Before we could set a foot in the swimming pool, a security guard called us that we needed to be registered to use it. It's probably not a big hassle but we were in a hurry so decided not to do that.

Great stay, good people, very clean

Pros: It’s close to MOA and very clean are, you can go shopping for food very close to the unit. The owner was great and the TV was broken before I got to the Apartment. They knew that and gave me the choice to cancel the reservation. The owner keep me informed about everything. The family had a great stay, thank you.

Pros: Condo was very clean.staff were great and very close to mall of Asia walking distance.great for three adults but anymore would be a bit cramp

Cons: The add showed there was a pool but not much mention you have to pay extra to use it but was only 150 pesos per person.also the add showed there was a playground for children but it's not in the tower where the condo is so never got to use it.

Pros: Sehr schönes Apartment.Gute Ausstattung mega TV.Tolles Bett.KlimaAnlage funktioniert super.Besser als die meisten Apartments der selben Klasse .Alles ziemlich neu

The place was relatively clean and awesome, just minus the bugs

Pros: The property is tightly guarded, the rooms are nice, everything was as described

Cons: There were little bugs (pests) when we checked in. Don’t know where it came from but I learned to kill bugs real fast on the first day.

familyでの小旅行には最高です！！

Pros: familyでもお得でとても綺麗で 冷暖房やその他設備がしっかりしておりとても良い旅行になりました。 有り難う御座いました

Cons: 駐車場が無く、 近辺にあるパーキングも少し遠かったし、また説明してくれたフロントの態度や説明も悪く迷子になりました。

非常推薦的好住處，乾淨舒服

Pros: 照片與實際狀況一樣，設備齊全，有熱水洗澡很舒服，也有吹風機，很乾淨，床跟被子都很舒服，冷氣空調都很好，服務人員也很和善，聯絡訊息回覆也很快，可以讓我們提早入住真的是很大的幫忙，購物也很方便，安全性也很好，非常推薦的地方。

Cons: 保全的部份需要所有大人的護照，這比較麻煩些。
