Lovely apartment in a great location.
Pros: Excellent property, nicely decorated, modern and has all the facilities you need. The location of the property is great. Walking distance from MOA and a short taxi drive to Ayala mall and 15 minutes from Manila airport. The host Jazz was excellent and was extremely attentive. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying hear again.

Good place for few nights stopover, shops & mall nearby, very convenient 👍
Pros: Location & good host, perfect place for few night’s stopover
Cons: The suite was bit too tight for a space & sofa bed & pullout bed had a very limited space. Maybe bit longer sofa bed/sofa to lie across as no space to open up sofa bed

Pros: Понравилось всё, особенно расположение, есть охрана, бассейн (150песо), номер небольшой но аккуратный, все работает, менеджер всегда не связи и помогает со всеми вопросами. I liked everything, especially the location, there is security, a swimming pool (150 pesos), the room is small but neat, everything works, the manager is always available and helps with all questions

Pros: Jas war immer für uns erreichbar, war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist top, sehr nahe an der SM Mall, zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Zum Selbstversorgen hatten Wir alles was wir brauchten.
Cons: Wohnraum mit 2 Kindern war schon etwas zu Klein. Pool muss extra bezahlt werden.

Pros: Initially, there’s just the four of us who would stay in this condo. Out of our plan, we needed to add one more person and the owner allowed it without an additional pay. The place is just right for the 5 of us (3 adult, 1 teenager, 1 kid). It’s also tidy and comfortable.
Cons: The swimming pool isn’t free and you need verification fist before you can swim.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты, очень мило и уютно. Для троих взрослых немного тесновато, но нам было не принципиально. Для двоих будет вообще супер. Очень чисто, есть всё для комфортного проживания. Кровать шикарная, с удобным матрасом. Диванчик когда раскладывается, занимает всю комнату, но спать на нём комфортно. Расположение вполне устроило, до Икеи, МОА недалеко, пешком минут 10-15. Понравилось самостоятельное заселение, дверь с кодовым замком. Европейская розетка только в спальне, но там тройник, так что все наши гаджеты мы успешно зарядили, хотя сначала испугались, что розетки все неподходящие. Возникла необходимость и мы попользовались стиральной машинкой. Вот этого делать вообще не рекомендую. Слив никуда не годится, можно затопить всю ванную и соседей снизу. Есть тазик, подставляли его под сливной шланг. В общем, опыт негативный. Но если хотите экстрима, стирайте) Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи. Вернемся ли в следующий раз? Однозначно да!

Pros: Outstanding 4-Night Stay! Me & my parents had a fantastic experience during our 4-night stay at this condo hotel. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—close to MOA.shops, restaurants, and attractions. I especially appreciated the comfort and convenience of having a full kitchen and living area. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays!
Cons: The water in the bathroom sink drains very slowly.
