Chic and Cozy 1BR Shore 3 by SMDC near MOA

Pros: Nice, not too big or small. I would rent again if I could.

It’s wonderful stay.

Pros: It’s near and accessible to the shops,we feel secured.

Cons: Everything is fine,except the washing machine because we try to use it but when we plugged it in the power trip off.

Pros: Close to MOA...you can either walk or ride a rickshaw. The unit is small pero good xa for 2 pax. I appreciate na i can cook during our stay with complete utensils and there's even an iron in the room (we brought 1 kc akala ko wala🙂). The room is clean all in all ok xa. Also the owner is very accommodating sa mga questions and inquiries ko. Thank you for our wonderful stay🙂

Cons: Bathroom is too small pero malinis naman.

Close to MOA, clean and tidy.

Pros: Good Location close to MOA. The unit has everything you would need for a short stay.

Cons: Swimming Pool area wasn't great as it's shaded from all sides by the buildings.

Great location for shopping.

Pros: Location, short ride to MOA. Restaurants nearby. Quiet and tranquil view with small balcony.

Cons: Shower and toilet small space.

The host was very responsive. The staffs are accommodating. Gonna come back here soon.

Pros: The property is very accessible. I feel safe during my stay. The property was well maintained. No cockroaches etc unlike other smdc towers.

Cons: Maybe they can do something in smell in the drainage in the bathroom. The rest is fine for me.

Comfortable.

Pros: I love the location since it’s walking distance from MOA. Overall, I love the room and it is so comfy.

Comfortable and Clean!

Pros: It's almost a perfect stay. Almost everything was a smooth sail process starting from check-in through our check-out. The host and the secretary are responsive. The unit and their facilities look and feel clean. Their staff are professional. They have all the basic utensils, cookware, and toiletries. The unit looks almost exactly as in the picture. It's really aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. We love the hot shower. The closest convenient store is at Tower 4, which needs a little walking but it's good for errands. A hair blower is also available. We didn't really have a problem utilizing the space. It's very close to the Mall and airport as well. Great for short stays!

Cons: Minimal soundproofing especially at the kitchen/ living room area so you have to be mindful about your group's noise. We can also easily hear people from the outside. Need to open the balcony or window when you do a lot of cooking as your clothes will smell the same.

Pros: i like that the host were very accommodating and replies to my messages right away. and the instructions given were accurate. and one thing i really like was the host allowed us to have an early checked in since I'm with my parents that are both seniors. thank you

Cons: so far.. there's none that i don't like
