Pros: Great service! My trip was delayed for an hour, so I wasn't able to arrive at my ETA, but they still accommodated us and waited for us. They really have a pleasing personality. When it comes to the room, I was also satisfied with how everything was properly set up. Complete amenities and the location is great.

Cons: It's just the sound of the when it takes off, but it's just for a while. I understand that it's because of the property's location. Overall, we'll definitely be back, and I'll be happy to recommend this property to my friends and family.

Pros: I really enjoyed my staycation! I loved how convenient the location was, with easy access to the airport and MOA. The room was perfect—clean, spacious, and complete with all the amenities.The agent was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. I’ll be back, but I might bring a sweater next time because the aircon was quite cold!

Cons: We just found out during the stay that the microwave oven wasn't perfectly working, but the agent wanted to replace it upon our request.
