Pros: Good location, nearby shops, restaurants and street food. Very nice condo, comfortable bed, wardrobe and drawers, good selection of cutlery, utensils, rice cooker post and pans, cups, plates etc, WiFi, Netflix, ironing board, iron, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, nice hot shower. Nice decor. Value for money. We did enjoy staying at this condo

Cons: Could do with a more comfortable sofa as the futon was extremely uncomfortable, Pan lid handle broken, hob needed a clean (which I did before leaving) guest Netflix account required pin to watch certain movies and series which limited wat we could view. And very sadly the attitude, rudeness and delusions of grandeur of some of the reception staff (admittedly this is not the hosts fault but it should be addressed by the host with facilities management)

I would recommend staying in this place✨

Pros: I loved how the owner is very accommodating and also the place is really near SM MOA and there are a lot of accessible stores, banks and restaurants in the building. I also love that the unit has everything that you need like an automatic washing machine, water heater, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, plates and utensils, pots and pans for cooking. Thank you so much sir, will absolutely come back here in the future✨

Cozy place in Shore 3

Pros: I really loved the cozinesss of the place, so warm, comfortable and safe because of its modern design, fixtures & furnitures specifically the door lock features and its bed so comfy. I like also there complete kitchenwares that you can cook food and eat to save your budget. They also provide wash and dry washing machine and toiletries including towel. The owner is very accommodating and responsive to our needs 24/7.
