Affordable stay within walking distance to Mall of Asia!

Pros: Stayed here for 2 nights for a concert in SMDC grounds. Mall of Asia is within walking distance so recommend this place for location. The unit is very cosy with only one area for kitchen/living/dining and the shower/laundry and room on the other side but it was still very comfortable. Value for money is fantastic as it was very cheap comparable to the area. Would recommend to stay here again!

Cons: Host interaction was sufficient but I wished they sent how to get in sooner as I didn't get the message at the airport and they did not have WiFi at the lobby when checking in with the guard. Also, there was a cockroach in the bathroom when we first came in but already dead. Just an FYI but otherwise clean. I also wish there was an iron.

Pros: What I like about the unit is the scent of the room. Super bango po sa loob. It was clean and napaka aesthetic po ng unit. Napaka responsive din sa mga queries Yung nakachat ko. Again Thank u so much po sa trust and for letting me stay in your unit. Super comfortable po ang stay ko sa unit nyo po.

Un buen lugar si estás de paso por Manila

Pros: El alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia corta. y creo que es ideal para una persona. te esperan con el lugar a buena temperatura, ordenado, y limpio. La recepción es super amable y cualquier cosa, están muy dispuestos a ayudar. Está cerca del mall y en la misma calle encontraras una serie de restoranes, cafetería, supermercados, salon d belleza, banco, etc. que pueden hacer que tus horas de espera se vuelvan entretenidas.

Cons: Si bien tiene los elementos para utilizar la cocina, no para cocinar, está mas pensado para pedir comida y comer en casa. Creo que habría sido un detalle ofrecer agua ya sea de bienvenida, o tener un bidón disponible para utilizarlo.

Pros: It's very affordable and easy access anywhere you want to go, specially going to airport. The property owner is very accommodating and nice.
