Great service and location, and good room.

Pros: Location is good / great as it is well within walking distance to asia mall and many great stores and restaurants in close proximity. Great customer support by the host and caretaker even if there were some technical problems at the start. The building felt secure and the staff were friendly.

Cons: There were some technical problems and the reception but the unit AC worked just fine. The bed was a bit stiff and if you are taller than 195cm you might feel cramped in the room.

Pros: Cozy and clean. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Complete dining and kitchen tools and utensils. Pls add soup bowls. Host is very responsive. Air-conditioning is very good. Shower hot water is ok they even supplied shampoo. Pls add floor towel.

Cons: I think admin of the whole building should seriously take care of the cockroaches. The unit is very clean but there are small roaches crawling on the wall even inside the elevator and hallways.

We enjoyed our few days stop over, it’s close to airport and Mall of asia.

Pros: The location was convenient, 5-10 mins walk to Big shopping mall. Also lots of grocery mart downstairs.

Pros: The location since it was close to the event we were attending in SMX.

Cons: Internet as there were times that it was slow that videos on the TV will not load. The electric fan was a bit dusty so we were not able to use it.

It was short but fun and safe

Pros: The owner is very accommodating, it's very safe and near to the mall

Perfect Place to Stay.

Pros: The place is perfect. The unit is clean, cozy, can cook. (for those in workcation like us) Wifi is good for working too and didnt encounter any issue. Walking distance to Mall of Asia, and has lot establishment that you can visit around.

Cons: Can eat on the table in the living room but could add a small dining table (even just a 2 seater). not on the unit: my daughter complains that she can't play on the playground since its wet most of the time due to some kids swimming also use the playground while they are still wet. but overall we had a great stay.

Accomodating owner! Had a comfortable stay overall

Pros: Owner and Caretaker was very approachable and accommodating! Stay was a whole better because of them.

Cons: Issues encountered are more on the building itself. Took a long time checking in because there were a lot of people in the lobby. And there’s a small issue with the smell inside the unit, not a big deal for me tho since there are alot of deodorizers provided. So kudos to that!
