Okay for the money.

Pros: Location and staff are really good. Elevator and common areas are nice and clean. Two tv that worked well.

Cons: The building is old and need updates. Floors need work bathroom need renovations. Wifi was very poor kept cutting out so smart tv stopped working.

Excellent location, clean rooms, much improved internet connection, and very reasonably priced for the Makati area.

Pros: I have stayed at Makati Suites many times over the past 12 years and every stay has been consistently excellent. The main reason is King who manages the place. He truly goes above and beyond his duties to take care of all his residents. Over the years King has become like a close friend always making me feel welcome and well looked after. His dedication makes every stay a perfect experience. The internet connection has also improved significantly and making stays even more comfortable.

Cons: Nothing negative about this place.

Mr King looks after you very well, Great man.

Pros: Location in Makati is what we liked. Room is old but very spacious. The kitchen very good, Great apartment . Stayed here many times.

Cons: Shower controls need to be updated. Still got hot water.

Decent apartment in good location

Pros: Comfortable apartment, very spacious, big bed, good air conditioning, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, good price.

Cons: The furniture and decoration are a bit old. Everything worked, but overall, it looked a bit dated. The flushing system of the toilet worked, but not completely smooth.

Amazing!

Pros: The feeling of being sincerely welcome. Staff were attentive specifically those assigned at the entrance. Mr. King was also exceptional, ensuring that we are comfortable and safe.
