Pros: The bed was comfy, there were hangers and drying racks in the room, the toilet was clean too. 20mins walk from buendia mrt, there's 7 eleven just opposite the apartment. The security of the apartment was tiptop. The speed of the elevator was good too.

Cons: The Aircon was leaking.

Pros: The location and the staff. Pearly was great and so were the security guards

Cons: I could never get an answer if the pool was open or not, ended up giving up and enjoying everything else.

The price is reasonable to its amenities and services. It’s conveniently cheap.

Pros: It’s near convenient stores and fastfood restaurants. Building staff are accommodating and helpful. The bed is comfortable with fluffy and soft pillows. There is a fridge, electric kettle and microwave. There is a balcony with a view of the city (It’s on the 22nd floor). The host was generous with supplies: bottled water, creamer, sugar, bathroom kits, disposable bedroom slippers, towels and bathrobe.

Cons: The name of the building is not visible during the night and people around is unfamiliar of the numeric name “5007.” Passion Makati” is not known. I was helped by people on the streets, the beautiful ladyboys, in looking for the apartment on a rainy night not knowing it has just been in front of us the whole time, known as Citadel Inn/ Condotel. Even the security personnel of the building didn’t know “Passion Makati” until we came back showing the address. “5007” is invisible during the night, unlit. I’m sure the room was clean. it’s just that it is an old condo that some parts looked faded and unmaintained. The toilet seat is cracked. I could not seem to control the pressure of the water in the shower. The next door neighbor’s dog kept barking.
