Pros: Nice view, tidy room, reliable owner, welcoming and friendly guards, staff always and fast reachable

Pros: The room was value for money for the location,very comfortable ,amenities were provided.

Cons: There was no hot water , despite reporting this ,was not attended to by the maintenance team.

Pros: The place was near many restaurants and everything was in walking distance. The price was okay but everything in manila and makati is very expensive. For the price it wasn't too bad if it was a bit cheaper it would be better. Owner was helpful in any way he could try to help. Cleaning ladies clean a lot.

Cons: Cleaning ladies kept trying to clean almost everyday and it was getting very annoying. Not bad ladies but just everyday seemed excessive. Some bugs here and there but it's a warm climate didn't surprise me.

Pros: マカティ内で大変賑やかで便利な場所にありながら極めて安価に宿泊できる。歩いて数分のところにモールもあり便がよい。思いがけず長期の出張となり、延泊が2週間続いたが、このような時には大変に助かる。

Cons: テレビは壊れていた。自分はもともと見ないので問題はなかったが、見たい人は困るかもしれない。サッシのロックがないので、心配な方には勧められない。
