Very good.

Pros: Staff are very accommodating & very helpful. The place is walking distance to malls & restaurants, very peaceful & safe to walk at night.

Convenient, spacious and affordable stay in the middle of the Ortigas area

Pros: Location is very convenient, you can easily walk to the commercial areas like Podium and Megamall. Also many options if you prefer to have food delivered by food delivery apps. Free parking is also provided so this made it much more convenient for us. The unit is equipped with the basic appliances you would need ---- you just need to bring your own dishsoap and sponge if you plan to use the plates and utensils. The suite room has 2 toilets/baths which is also a big plus for us.

Cons: There were a few tiny roaches we could see around so we hope that pest control is something they can work on.

Pros: We celebrated my daughter' 10th birthday and we enjoyed our stay as the rooms were clean and organized..The pool was great but the jacuzzi's heater is not fixed as the attendant told us but accomodating to offer us the sauna..

Pros: A quick stay at this hotel and very accessible to our place.

Pros: All the personnel are very friendly and accommodating. A lot of leisure activities that can be done like, swimming, using the gym, billiards small playground for toddlers, sauna etc.

Cons: The TV, hard to use. And we need to login pa our account on netflix.

Hotel is very comfortable and good for money

Pros: Rooms are great for its price. The location is good and the place is very comfortable. Also, there is a designated parking which is near the elevator so we were able to bring our things easier.

Cons: We were not able to enjoy swimming. It was written that swimming is until 10pm, however, the staff said that it is only 9:30pm. We go to the pool area at around 9pm so we assumed that we have atleast 1 hour to enjoy. Knowing that tomorrow is wednesday and the pool is scheduled close. Since we only have 30 minutes, we are in a hurry so we were not able to enjoy it. After i dry myself, another groups arrived and the staff is telling them that swimming is until 930 only. But the guest insisted that it is written that it is 10pm. So the staff eventually allowed them. So it seems that the 930 rule is just the rule of the staff and not the hotel. We understand that maybe the staff wants to rest early, however, the guests also managed their time to enjoy the stay in the limited time.

Hidden gem in Ortigas CBD

Pros: Centrally located apartment. Hotel staff gave me an upper level room with a nice view. Non intrusive staff. Free parking.

Cons: Poorly lighted room. Old beds.

Pros: I had a very comfortable stay here at the hotel, the place has things you need ( kettle, heater, hair dryer, microwave, safetybox) Iron for request I also like how the manager solving a little concerned from the guest which is 10 over 10 for me they are doing the job very well the staff are very accomodating and friendly as well, will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family again

Cons: What i dont like to this hotel is the elevator but it didn't affect my stay here

Cons: During my stay only 1 elevator worked so have to wait long period during busy times
