Pros: We had a wonderful stay at BSA Twin Tower Hotel! The receptionist was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were just as kind. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with perfectly cool air conditioning. We truly felt welcomed and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Pros: Staff was excellent One person stood out the Most a Male cleaning person very professional Polite willing to help

Cons: Out of the 13 days we spent 7 days with family in a different location. At BSA the TV was limited to no channels also Thursday and Friday No Hot Water
