Excellent

Pros: The one-bedroom suite is well-appointed. Good location, close to all amenities. Price is reasonable. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Cons: Hot water is running out before you finish your shower. Pillows are too big and firm, not comfortable.

Absolutely fine for what we needed.

Pros: The property was located within easy walk for my meetings and easy walk to the malls for food etc It was well appointed with Breakfast and bar / dinner facilities and the food was great.

Cons: The lifts are incredibly slow. Quite long wait time to get the lift followed by long travel times. We were on the 17th floor out of 22.

I would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

Pros: I liked that the staff were nice and friendly, and the room was clean.

Cons: Maybe just the fact that the breakfast buffet rate was quite expensive even from a foreigner perspective. I stayed for 9 nights, and I requested for a better rate, however, it was declined. Most hotels would have breakfast included in the stay. I ended up having breakfast at The Podium everyday, which is on the pricey range, but even that was cheaper to what was being offered at the breakfast rate. This is my only comment about my stay. But otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

Pros: The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was also very nice! Location was perfect too - right in front of Podium, walking distance to Megamall. The staff were all lovely and friendly!

Cons: The parking was a bit annoying because you can only park in B4 and B5, and the parking was tight. Although they offer valet services, I still prefer to not avail it as I was coming in and out of the hotel. It felt more troublesome to ask the valet. Room was nice and what you'd expect from Discovery, but the lobby and common areas are a bit dated. I think it can use some face lift.

Amazing staff and it was a comfortable stay!

Pros: The staff were amazing!! Very polite and will go the long mile to help and assist whenever it's needed. The frontdesk staff deserve a raise!

Cons: Some towels provided were stained and a little bit off whitish. I think it's about time they change it with new ones since it appeared to be worn out.
