welcoming and comfortable

Pros: room was comfortable, clean , neat. Micha from housekeeping was outstanding- speedily rectified any wrongs as well as responded to needs. Breakfast buffet had a variety to choose from. Ysa,Trea,Czenna at reception were helpful and good at their job. The hotel is within walking distance to the museum, china town, rizal park, intramuros.

Cons: The view of the first room was a building's escape route- not scenic. Traffic noise from the road could disrupt sleep

We are satisfied in our stay.

Pros: I like the room it's large. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is common but it's acceptable and enjoying. Receptionist and other crew are very good. They assisted us for grab / taxi booking. The guard is very attentive and guest approachable.

Cons: One thing that I noticed, there is no complementary water at the reception lobby, you need to go to your designated room to get your thirst filled up from your long travel.
