Perfect place to stay

Pros: This was my first trip to manila and this hotel this year and as usual all the staff members are polite and welcoming lovely to see the same faces year after year it make you feel like a second home miss yeng thank you for making breakfast time so lovely the chef also for so many years still working hard and cooking tasty food door guys pool guys housekeeping guys desk girls everyone thank you for yet another memorable time see you guys again soon

Pros: I have been staying here for many years now this was my second stay here in 2 weeks as usual all the staff are fantastic breakfast always great always greeted with a smile and good morning from the every hard working staff members miss yeng is so nice and polite for many years now she's been working here chef and new staff also I am so sorry I didnt remember everyone's name guys at the door girls at the checking desk boys at the pool housekeeping staff all fantastic this hotel is so lucky to have these staff members I was upgraded for free ask for a late check-out and without hesitation got it leave to travel around to some islands and ask for my baggage to be kept again no problem always my place of choice in manila need a mention you are 2 minutes away from Robinson mall totally enjoy my stay here thank you will be back soon Good also to see some new staff members on training too vance was very polite

FANTASTIC STAFF WHO TOOK CARE OF US!

Pros: 1. STAFF: Very friendly and took care of our safety concerns (e.g. booking us a taxi in the middle of the night, upon arrival at the hotel from the airport as we were hungry and the streets around the hotel did not look so safe ). They always had a smile to their face, very polite, very caring and took care of our taxi needs for the entire week that we were there. 2. THE SIZE OF THE ROOM: We got a suite and the size was great for us. Although the decor could use a bit of update, the size and the comfort of the room was fabulous.

Cons: This is not something that the hotel can control : The side streets / streets and neighbourhood that it was in is not ideal. It is rather dirty and seem unsafe. However, since the university reunion that we were there for was at the St. Paul's University ( for College of Nurses ) was in the area, it was easier for us to stay at that particular hotel as it was only 2 km away from the University grounds.

Pros: Location was conveniant, breakfest was tasty, staff was very helpful

Pros: Roomy suite, good location for Robinson’s Galleria, available parking, kind staff

Cons: Bathroom has no exhaust fan and with pooling water in the shower; noisy air conditioning unit

New staff needs customer training

Pros: I am using this hotel for 10+ years now good to see so many staff still there the guys at the door the pool and the breakfast ladies are all fantastic always with a smile and welcome most even knows me by mane now

Cons: The checking staff looks new and was not professional when checking me in not much interaction not even a smile or welcome needs more training was like passport no please they are so many other staff members at this hotel who should be at the checking desk this is my first rudely checking at this hotel everything else was great as usual

Pros: Great location. Has a proper reception. Very large rooms. Bathroom was a bit small.

Cons: The renovation rooms were excellent. The old rooms were terrible, old smells, poor shower flow. I would suggest to renovate all the rooms and have aircon, have all air fresheners.
