Pros: Super helpfull Staffs .. they are trying their best to help and give what we need specially things for our daughter .. seafarers will get discount as well

Cons: Room partition is kinda thin so you can hear even little noise on other room .. no fridge on the room they said need to upgrade room to have it .. no standby electric kettle in the room but just request to front desk and they will give you ..

Budget friendly hotel.

Pros: Accessible to all the amenities a family needs. Staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. Budget friendly.

Cons: Inconsistent servings of food. Aircondition cannot be adjusted.

you must stay here once!

Pros: location is excellent. and there are two good elevators from near reception. breakfast'menu is changed everyday and good taste. staffs are also excellent.

Cons: refrigerator is only above suite room. make up room service isn't everyday(you can ask anytime).

Wonderful stay..Will surely stay in this hotel again once in Manila for my convenience.

Pros: Nice staff, near to fastfood chains, convenience stores and Robinson mall. No need to wait for a taxi. You have the option to buy food in the hotel or through online.

Cons: nothing so far

Affordable, great location, massage service handy.

Pros: Had no free breakfast for a standard booking. I paid, just regular food served.

Cons: Dirt under side table. Some loose bolts fell and so as electric light lid.

Pros: Even though its kinda old, room and bathroom are very clean.

Cons: Towels and bed sheets need to change it already because it is so old already. It is due time to replenish them.

Pros: I like some of the crew .. they some are initiative to help me especially when im carrying heavy things.

Cons: No heater It hard to request in front desk i know sometimes is bc but i notice sometimea is not bc i request but they kepp saying yes but no deliver the items that y called them and ask for their name because they are not efficient.. but the room boy area boy the driver edwin fantastic..

Overall satisfied with the service

Pros: Accessible to all major facilities, establishment and transportation around manila. The cleanliness of the room is good too, plus staff politeness! Overall satisfied.

Cons: There are no comforters in the bed, the linen were kinda old and wringkled.

bang for the buck.

Pros: there is just a problem with the online booking, it says there you have to pay online but when I arrived at the hotel, the payment was merely to guarantee the booking and you still have to pay at the property. This gives confusion and hassle from the customers.

Good hotel

Pros: Easy access to shops and malls ,advantage is Robinsons mall across from hotel

Cons: Property was brilliant but I wasn’t happy my two rooms wasn’t next to each other specially when my partner at to sleep alone with 1 child. I think staff or manager should address this matter
