Great View 1 BR Condo in Makati near Trident Tower

Pros: The location was perfect. It was near to everything we needed to go to. The room was clean and cozy.

A great stay and a great view

Pros: This is indeed great view, the condo is a standard size for this type of condominium in Manila. The check-in was really great, I was given a code and I could go inside. The host was very accommodating too. The apartment was clean, there is a washing machine there, a very comfortable bed, a sofa, TV set with netflix. There's a shopping mall inside the building! and a plethora of shops. Another, slightly bigger mall (in The Rise) is within 100 meters, there are restaurants, and very good shops there. All in all highly recommended.

Cons: It's not the apartment per se, but the whole building has a problem with roaches, which stems from improper garbage disposal. It's is a hard problem to tackle, so you have to get used to them. I spotted two. The furniture is a bit used too, the placement of electrical outlets is not very good. The TV set is laggy.

Convenient and Comfortable Place for NCLEX takers

Pros: The place is really convenient for NCLEX takers since Trident Tower is just a walking distance away. There are also cafés, convenience stores, and a grocery store near by if you want to study out or grab a bite. Multiple ATMs are also in the vicinity if you need to withdraw cash. The amenities are also well taken care of. The main bed is comfy and very spacious. There's also a sofa bed in the living area for a third person. The view is really great as well. And the owner is very responsive to messages. Overall, our stay was exceptional.

Pros: Great place to stay right in the business district a Makati. Spacious 1 bedroom condo with all amenities need (air con, washing machine, refrigerator, etc). Beautiful city skyline view from the 28th floor. Condo was very clean and well prepared for guests. Zac is a great host who is easy to communicate with. The condo is located in a huge building downtown with a 24/7 desk to help you check in. Once checked in condo has keyless entry to you just put in your code and you are good to go. There is a grocery store and tons of restaurants located right in the building at the ground floor. You can also walk to Poblacion (THE night life district) in about 25 minutes which really opens you up to tons of things to do.

Cons: Distance to other attractions is length but plenty of travel option to get you where you need to go.
